Tanya has worked in many areas of the real estate industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks in both the residential and commercial markets. She uses the experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.
“Initiating communication in every detail of the transaction from the first phone call to the closing table is one of my top priorities,” Tanya says. “I believe a non-pressure approach and follow-up works best for my buyers. And for sellers, I implement social media, to promote my listings. I want my buyers and sellers to rest assured knowing that I’m taking care of the details.”
