I do not recommend you do business with Sarah Wilkinson. We purchased a house she was selling that was suppose to have work done to to the roof prior to the sale as per the $5000 due diligence agreement we paid. Receipts for the work done were provided by Sarah and we closed thinking everything was completed. But soon after moving in we noticed the roof looked untouched. We hired a second inspector that proved our suspicions. The “contractor” that was hired and paid by Sarah and her clients to fix our roof did absolute NOTHING to the roof. Sarah provided his receipt for very detailed work done to the roof, including; adding new flashing, amongst other necessary repairs outlined by the initial inspection report. After doing some digging we found the “contractor” she hired named Allen Nobles is not a contractor or handyman, his Facebook says he’s a fisherman. And he’s the boyfriend of her friend. Which leads me to believe she had him provide a fake receipt to push the sale of the home.
