My experience with Ethen Greger was extremely disappointing. During my commercial property purchase, he acted as a dual agent but failed to properly represent my interests when issues arose. After I terminated within the due diligence period due to multiple property concerns, his communication became minimal and delayed. He pressured us to remove contingencies despite significant issues, and when the seller refused to release my earnest money deposit, he offered little assistance. His handling of the transaction showed a clear conflict of interest in the dual agency arrangement. I cannot recommend an agent who is enthusiastic during the offer stage but abandons proper representation when problems emerge.
