If you're looking for a good trustworthy reliable realtor to represent you keep looking! Justin is a fast talker that is not very truthful he showed me outdated comps to get me to list my home for $50k less than it's value  he never took the time to explain the complicated real-estate forms that come with selling a home he just demanded that I sign them without a clear understanding.  additionally when he would come to my house with the forms he was never on time showing complete disregard for my time, he also did not show my home once he left me to show it he would send potential buyers to my house with the gate code I can't begin to tell you how unsafe I feel because of him doing this. When I confronted  him about the subpar service he provided me with he not only got argumentative with me but he managed to sneak in a higher percentage for his commission.  If you don't mind doing all the work and giving him the commission for doing nothing then he's your guy otherwise I strongly reco
