Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I followed in my mother's footsteps after watching her build a successful career in the industry for more than 45 years. She had a true passion for real estate, worked incredibly hard, and made a lasting impact on the people she served. I watched her closely over the years and wondered if I would love this business as much as she did. As it turns out, I may love it even more.
Like my mother, I genuinely enjoy helping people. Whether it's a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, an investor, or someone selling a home they've cherished for years, every transaction matters. The size of the transaction is never what makes it important—it's the significance it holds for the buyer or seller. If it's a big deal to them, it's a big deal to me.
One of the things I love most about real estate is that it is always evolving. The market changes, technology advances, and every client brings a unique situation and opportunity. It is a career that encourages continuous learning and growth while allowing me to build a business centered around relationships and service.
While reaching the closing table is always exciting, the greatest reward isn't the transaction itself. It's knowing that I've helped someone achieve a goal, fulfill a dream, or move forward into the next chapter of their life. Even better, many of those clients become lifelong friends.
My favorite quote comes from Abraham Lincoln: "I don't like that man. I must get to know him better." It serves as a reminder to approach people with curiosity, understanding, and an open mind—qualities I strive to bring to every client relationship.
