Shanna Caldwell is a dedicated real estate professional, industry leader, and lifelong Central Valley resident with 21 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing real estate market. Since beginning her career in 2005, Shanna has built a reputation for exceptional client service, strong community relationships, expert marketing, and a commitment to helping others achieve their real estate goals.
Throughout her career, Shanna has combined extensive local market knowledge with a passion for educating and guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions. Her deep understanding of neighborhoods, schools, market trends, and community resources allows her to provide personalized service and trusted advice that clients value.
Beyond serving her clients, Shanna has dedicated herself to leadership and service within the real estate industry. She served on the Kings County Board of Directors during her first term from 2022–2024 and was elected to a second term serving 2025–2027. She chaired the Events Committee from 2023–2025 and continues serving on the 2026 Events Committee. She also chaired the Mix & Mingle Committee in 2022 and 2023 and continues serving on the committee through 2026. In addition, Shanna has served on the Installation Committee (2022–2024 and 2026), Scholarship Committee, Sunshine Committee, and chaired the Events Committee in 2021.
Known for her work ethic, servant leadership, and dedication to strengthening the REALTOR® community, Shanna continually goes above and beyond—not only for her clients, but for her fellow members and the profession she deeply values.
