I don’t normally write negative reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one.

This agent came across as overly confident in the beginning, promising a strong marketing plan and personal involvement. Unfortunately, after listing the property, he completely disappeared. The only real action taken was a video of the property—beyond that, there’s been little to no follow-through.

The marketing plan mentioned things that simply weren’t true—like saying our home had lake access (we have a pond). He also promised to personally attend all showings, which never happened (we confirmed this with our Ring camera). He claimed to be marketing to a local golf course but never provided any proof, despite multiple requests.

Communication has been very poor. Any time we asked for updates or feedback, we were told to "check the showing site" and made to feel like we were a bother. He was argumentative and defensive when asked simple, reasonable questions.
