Mike Domer has over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker and a driving force in Arizona’s high-end luxury home market. His history of accomplishments are numerous. Mike has ranked as Scottsdale’s #1 agent in home sales and in the top 5 multiple years as well as being consistently in top 0.1% in production of all real estate agents in America. Prior to changing brokerage firms in 2018, Mike ranked as the #1 RE/MAX agent in the entire United States. He has personally sold over 100 homes and exceeded $200 million in sales in a single year. He has broken the annual record for the highest price home sold in Scottsdale multiple times and broke the record for the highest price home ever sold in Arizona by $5 million. Perhaps even more astonishing, over a ten year period, Mike sold 50% of all Scottsdale homes selling for $8 million and above. Mike’s overwhelming success led to speaking engagements throughout the U.S. and Canada where he has personally trained over one million real estate agents. He was also a repeat “featured” speaker at the National Association of Realtors® Conventions. Over $20 million worth of Mike’s books and audio training programs covering his innovative approach to marketing residential real estate have been purchased by real estate agents throughout America.

Mike has lived in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley for over 40 years. He is married to his college sweetheart, Peggy, and they have two successful children - Michael, an orthopedic surgeon and Candice, a veterinarian - who have blessed them with nine grandchildren. Mike is an avid golfer with a low handicap and a member of Desert Highlands and Pine Canyon golf clubs. Mike attends Scottsdale Bible Church and gives generously to multiple charities.
