With a Law degree from Cal Southern University, Kathi’s negotiation skills are unmatched. She continues to develop her services through multiple designations, and personal associations. Kathi enjoys working alongside her loving husband, Mike and is proud of the amazing team of Realtors she has brought together, with a consistent track record of proven success in both Residential & Commercial real estate in CA, TX & Internationally. They are also a licensed builder with COMPLIMENTARY service on Inspections and Remodeling and provide COMPLIMENTARY boxes for every client! She is the loving mother to three beautiful boys and has invested her time in local community organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Boys and Girls Club of Dana Point, the 5th Marines in Dana Point, and Palm Springs Pathfinders.
