President
• Judy with her husband Louie and their two daughters moved to Highlands in 1986. Licensed in real estate since 1973, Judy bought Meadows Mountain Realty in 2006 and the company joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand in 2015. Judy is a Florida State University alumnus and was recently named for the third time to the Seminole 100 which awards alumni owned companies based on growth. Judy enjoys her home in Highlands Falls Country Club.
• After a long and successful career as an individual agent, managing broker and then owner of her own firm, Judy decided to create a team, and the Michaud Rauers Group was born. This unmatched partnership between Judy Michaud and Mitzi Rauers is dedicated to unwavering customer service ensuring our clientele of the local knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail expected from those who are accustomed to only the highest-quality service. Ultimately the team expanded to include Judy and Mitzi along with Tom Goldacker, John Muir and Brooks Kittrell.
