As a Realtor® with Dream Homes Texas Realty Group (an agent of LPT Realty), I bring more than 13 years of real estate experience, along with over 20 years in the insurance industry. That background provides my clients with a unique advantage when evaluating properties, understanding construction considerations, and identifying potential risks before making a major investment.
My professional training includes the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation, along with the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) credentials. These advanced certifications strengthen my ability to guide clients through complex negotiations and help them make confident, informed decisions when buying or selling property.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than two decades working in insurance underwriting, sales, and client service. This experience developed deep expertise in property risk evaluation, construction considerations, and policy analysis—knowledge that continues to benefit my clients when assessing homes and investment opportunities.
I proudly serve communities throughout the I-35 corridor, including Austin, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Boerne, San Antonio, and surrounding Hill Country areas.
