This home is basically rebuilt from the ground up! Electric and plumbing replaced within the last year, and electrical updated to 200 Amp service. New windows and doors installed 2 years ago. Water heater was relaced within the last year and all fixtures are new as well. A new roof was put on the house 5 years ago and new gutters installed 3 years ago. The entire exterior of the home was reinsulated with 1/2 inch foam board then R13 then interior layer of 1/2 inch foam board again. Needless to say its insulated to the nines! Average Total utilities run about $240 per month. Mini split installed around October of 2025 and has no problem heating or cooling the entire home. Summer of 2025 the entire basement was dug out, repaired, sealed and insulated. The attic is also spray foam insulated and finished out with plywood for excellent storage space. And we cant forget to mention the fully fenced front and back yards as well as camper hookup on the side of the house.
