Niles Hotel est. in 1912. 304 S. Main St. in Alturas, Ca. The building is home to several thriving businesses with plenty of opportunity for more. Currently, a "Proudly Served" Starbucks Coffee, Niles Roadhouse Restaurant, Niles Saloon and JE Niles Events Room and Catering. These rooms are often used to house firefighters and have 2 common bathrooms with showers and a laundry area. Throughout the Hotel, including the guest rooms you will find many antiques that are true to the era the hotel began and on. The kitchen functions well to serve meals during events, the Roadhouse and lunch in the Coffee House. The hotel is heated by a Wood Pellet fired Boiler, woodstoves & electric heaters in guest rooms. All equipment is owned & liquor license is transferable.
