Welcome to W Turner St, these two buildings (211-213 on the left & 207-209 on the right) have been recently approved for three (3) new additional units to be built along with 4 newly renovated cash flowing apartments currently occupied. There are four apartments in 207-209, three apartments are a 2 bedroom with one bathroom, the fourth apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. The units on 207 have larger exterior balconies while the two apartment son 209 have smaller, standing room only balconies.

There have been extensive renovations to the building in recent years and now the final phase is ready to begin. All of the leg work has been completed with the city zoning departments and engineering plans, the construction is ready to begin. When the three new units are built out, you will have a portfolio addition of 7 doors, 4 of which are already operating. Engineering plans will be provided to the buyer to use and submit for building permits on the remaining 3 apartments.

The ground floor (5th unit) was zoned commercial, that has been changed and approved to residential. The same goes for 211-213, it has now been approved for residential dwellings, no longer commercial.
